Chasing Yello is a follow-up story of a little goldfish Yello and his unconsciously cruel owner Mathilda. How It’s Played

In Chasing Yello, you play as a goldfish-protagonist running away from his naughty owner Mathilda who has a craving for fish for her dinner. Because she knows well just her own goldfish, she decides to catch the poor guy and cook him. At the beginning of the game, you find yourself (or Yello) in the river, where you float away from Mathilda by tilting and swiping. On your way down the river, you can face different obstacles, such as floating logs or even hungry piranhas. During the game, you collect stars as a reward for staying alive, and you also get different power-ups in order to float faster and to collect more stars on your way to freedom. Besides, as you “run” away from Mathilda’s fateful embraces, you need to complete mini-missions, such as to collet a certain number of items on a certain distance, or the similar tasks.

What to Expect. You should expect a lot of fun because of the game’s wonderful graphics, cartoonish characters, Yello’s cuteness and Mathilda’s phrases she shouts in her desperation. Unlike simple endless runner games, Chasing Yello has a purpose and offers you other challenges except the usual escaping from some dangers. You will want to spend some time beating your own records.
