Apple vs. Samsung: whose lawyers are better?

While all users are well informed about the patent war between Apple and Samsung, there are some details are interesting to know. As a result of this war the customers suffer only, as many people think, there are those, who are very happy and want this war never stops.

Now we speak about the lawyers working for both digital giants. Have you ever thought how much do Apple and Samsung spend for their barristers services and who of them, barristers of course, earn more in this “Smartphones war”? As we got to know, Samsung spends much more money than Apple does.

Recently the information about lawyers of the American and South Korean companies is of a great amount, so here we can speak about concrete sums. For Quinn Emanuel Urguhart & Sullivan Samsung pays $592 per hour, while Apple is economical a little bit  - they pay $526 per hour to Morrison Foerster.

If we speak about all companies Apple and Samsung works with, than Samsung is much more wasteful than Apple is. They pay $821 per hour, while their competitors manage to spend less than 600 dollars to pay to lawyers. Their charge is $582 per hour.

The lawyers, taking part in the patent war, last year earned great sums of money. Morrison Foerster became richer at $1.4 million and Quinn Emanuel at extremely $4.16 million.
